30 Day Refunds and Returns

Our goal is for customers to be happy with their items, but we understand things may not always go as planned. If there are any issues with your item or delivery of your item, contact us for assistance.

Items are only eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect item received
If an item arrives and it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect (even if it has an exception), it is eligible for a refund and may need to be returned.
Refund Exceptions
  • Perishables – If the item you order is perishable, it is not eligible for return or refund in most cases.
  • Excluded Items – Certain Health & Hygiene Items (e.g. skin lotion, toothpaste) or electronic media such as software are not eligible for return or refund if the seal is broken (i.e it has been opened).
  1. Raise a return via the form below.
  2. We will contact the supplier and confirm you wish to return the item and explain the reason.
  3. The supplier confirms that they have accepted the return and arrange the return of the item (you may need to pay the return postage, depending on the reason for the return).
  4. Once the item is returned by tracked delivery, we will refund you within 1-3 working days to the account you used when purchasing.

Please do not return the item until the return has been accepted.
